I want your management staff to be aware of the extremely positive experience I had today at your dealership. In light of the new cell phone regulations becoming effective tomorrow, I came to your business to see if I could receive assistance with converting my 2007 Camry to the mandated hands-free operation.
One of your employees, Nelson, was seated with two other employees, and immediately volunteered to assist me with "pairing" my cell phone with my vehicle. He was successful and I am now in the process of programming names and numbers into the Bluetooth car capability.
Nelson is a very personable and pleasant young man. I am not aware of his position with your dealership, but according to my experience, he is very good with the public.
I wanted you to know how impressed I was with Nelson and his professional treatment of my as a customer (although I was not charged). I am enclosing two copies of this letter. Please give a copy to Nelson. Thank you very much.

Prior to making the purchase, I asked some specific questions about the vehicles accessories and was assured that it did come with them. After the purchase, I discovered much to my dismay, that it was not equipped with them. Needless to say, I was very upset and went back to your dealership to address the issue. The management was very cooperative and went out of their way to fix the problem. I brought my vehicle into the dealership and they installed what I had been promised with promptness and a spirit of cooperation.
